As a responsible and ethical brand, we find it highly irresponsible when providers of solvents, glue, butane gas, CO2, and N2O do not provide relative information about the misuse of such products.

Our product range has various equipment for creating beverages, foams, and whipped cream. Our products can use Nitrous Oxide (N2O) gas to achieve their results, but it’s important to note that N2O can be misused similarly to glue or solvents. This misuse is as using our product for something other than its intended purpose, which can lead to severe risks such as narcosis, asphyxiation, and even death.
To prevent misuse, we require customers who wish to purchase large quantities of cream chargers to confirm their awareness of the issue and commit to preventing misusing our products. It is illegal to sell cream chargers for inhalation purposes or to anyone under 18, with penalties of up to 6 months in jail and a substantial fine. As a catering retailer, you must ensure that your customers are over 18 and intend to use our products for food preparation.

We take misuse very seriously and refuse to sell to anyone we suspect intending to misuse our products or sell them for that purpose. Any account associated with such behaviour will be recorded in our database, preventing future purchases. We keep records of all cases of misuse reported to us and will disclose information about a particular sale if requested by the police. However, we value your privacy and have strict protocols to ensure each request is specific to a particular case. We follow all GDPR rules and regulations. We are registered on the ICO database as a responsible company working within ICO rules.

Please be aware that we will not ship cream chargers to University Halls of Residence and will verify use for other university addresses, colleges, schools, and hospitals. Our couriers will require identification to prove that you are over 18 and will not deliver to PO boxes.
To purchase from our website, you must be over 18, and we advise keeping cream chargers out of the reach of children. If you suspect someone in your care is misusing our products, please get in touch with us, and we will collect and refund the items free of charge.
